Body: madeof FRP compound materials (Fiber Glass reinforced ). The body’sexterior adopts imported materials which contain stabilizationmaterial resisting ultraviolet radiation. So, it has smooth andclean surface, and it is able to bear aging, with a high polishgoing through a long time.

. Fan: choosing the special Fan with variable section, twistand pitching blade. The fan works at an equal speed, a low selfmoving pressure, a saving-energy use and a low noise. Moreover,Fan can be changed the fixing angle of the blade to meet the workdemands and improve the fixing efficiency

Motor: choosing the special electric motor with whole sealedcooling tower, 380V/3/50HZ. It has excellent capability of waterproofIP44, so can be safely used in warm and humid environment.

Fillwith rotundity conterflow Model fill, be able to beextended the time and space of heat exchange. The water currentis well distributed by rotating water distribution system, andit has great thermal exchange capability when water steam goesalong the fill.

Distribution: with rotating pipe Model, the equipment is madeof ABS or bronze alloy. It guarantees long life span and durability,and also the water distribution is possible with just low watersupply pressure.

Steel Structure:all be treated with rust-removing, hot dipped galvanized steel.All can bear corrosion, have high strength, be easily assembledand have elegant surface.

Bearing: all rotating parts are used bearing imported fromJapan or Korea, with high precision and low servicing rate.

All the round cooling tower use mental flange with alloy-copper,which largely reduces the possibility of breaking flanges andthen extends the tower’s life.

JLT-125 or above cooling towers use the FRP louver, which wellreduces the amount of drift and draught, and could visibly preventfreezing at the intake of the tower when in winter.

Production of JLT series is under full control and guaranteeof ISO9001 and ISO14001 system.

JLT series have passed thermal test in thermal performancetest lab which is setup according to CTI standard code.
